Play Time:​

Our playground is designed for children ages 0-10 years. Playtime is available in 1-hour or 2-hour sessions, with a maximum of 2 hours per visit. At this time, we do not offer child care services. Children will need to be supervised by a parent, guardian, or caregiver at all times. ​

Food & Drink Policy:​

For safety and cleanliness, no food or drink, except for water in a closed bottle, is allowed in the play area.

Families are welcome to enjoy snacks or meals outside the play area and re-entre afterwards. 

We also ask parents to avoid snacks with nuts when possible.

Illness Policy:​

To prevent the spread of illness, we ask children with any of the following to stay home until they are symptom-free:

• Sore throat, runny nose, cough, and fever

• Infected skin or eyes, rashes, or diarrhea

• Any known contagious diseases, such as Hand Foot Mouth Disease, Pink Eye, or head lice

Facility Use:​

​Washrooms are not currently available inside the play space at our Mayfair Shopping Centre location. Public washrooms can be found in the food court or beside Indigo books.​​​​

Temporary Playground Closure Policy:​

Dreamland may close temporarily for any of the following reasons:

• Full Capacity: For the safety and comfort of everyone inside the play area, you may find us closed due to reaching our max capacity.  Once this limit is reached, families can find posted signage to know when admissions will re-open. 

• Cleaning & Maintenance: If an accident occurs or any emergency repairs need to be done, we may temporarily close or close earlier then usual.

• Power outage or snow fall: In case of power outages or extreme weather, we may close for safety. Parents can see updates via our social media pages if closure is necessary.

• Fire alarm & safety drills: While uncommon, the shopping center's will do fire and security drills throughout the year. All planned drills take place weekdays at 10:10am.
