Cleaning Protocol:
Dreamland prioritizes cleanliness. Our cleaning procedures include daily sanitization of floors, surfaces, and toys using eco-friendly products. A professional cleaning service conducts a deep cleaning every week. Our protocols ensure a hygienic and safe environment for all guests.

Temporary Playground Closure Policy:
Dreamland may close temporarily for the following reasons:
-
Full Capacity: We maintain a strict capacity of 25 children or 50 people total for safety. Once this limit is reached, we cannot admit more guests until others leave.
-
Cleaning & Maintenance: If an accident occurs or after busy days, we may temporarily close for cleaning.
-
Birthday Parties: We reserve 10-20 spots for birthday parties, and additional guests may fill up the remaining capacity quickly.
If necessary, the playground may be closed for safety reasons. Please check for availability before your visit.
