At Dreamland, we believe every birthday deserves to be magical, stress-free, and packed with fun. That’s why we’ve designed party packages that take care of the details—so you can focus on enjoying the moment. From exciting play time to fresh, piping-hot pizza from our local partner to a dedicated celebration space for your cake and any extra treats you bring, our parties are created to bring smiles, laughter, and the ultimate birthday experience.

IMPORTANT INFO

To keep the celebration safe and enjoyable for all, please review our party guidelines

  • Arrival Time: Hosts are able to arrive 10-15 minutes before the scheduled time.

  • Party Schedule: Children will enjoy 1 hour of playtime, followed by 45 minutes in our designated party area. After the playtime, children are not permitted to re-enter the play area.. 

  • Supervision Requirement: We require 1-5 adults inside the play space depending on the party size. 

  • Washroom Policy: Dreamland does NOT have a washroom on site. Mall bathrooms are located in the food court OR by Indigo.

  • Candles: For safety, only regular wax candles are allowed. Sparkler candles, floating candles, scented candles, and high-flame candles are not permitted.

Waiver Requirement

We require a completed waiver form for each child attending the party. This form must be signed by a parent or guardian and submitted at least a day prior to the event. Access the waiver form on our home page or via the link sent in your confirmation email.

Booking and Payment Policies

  • Booking Confirmation: After reserving your party slot, you will receive a party details confirmation email. 

  • Balance Payment: The card on file will be charged for the he remaining balance two weeks (14 days) before your event.

  • Cancellation Policy: Parties canceled more than 14 days before the event date will receive a full deposit refund. Cancellations made after that will not be eligible for this refund. Rescheduling within a one-year period is available without penalty.
