To ensure safety and a smooth experience at Dreamland, all children must have an active waiver filled out before entering the play area. Additionally, non-slip or grippy socks are required for all kids to maintain a safe environment. These socks can be purchased at our check-in counter for $3.50 plus tax, or visitors are welcome to bring their own socks from home or another indoor play facility. While not mandatory, we recommend bringing a water bottle to keep children hydrated during their visit.

At Dreamland, food and snacks are not permitted inside the play area to ensure a clean and safe environment for all guests. Families are welcome to take breaks at any time and may step outside the play area if they wish to have snacks, use the washroom, or simply take a breather. You are free to re-enter the play area after your break without any restrictions. While we encourage guests to stay hydrated and water is allowed inside the play area, please note that Dreamland does not currently sell water on-site, so you may wish to bring your own. This policy helps us maintain a comfortable and hygienic space for children and families to enjoy!

While Dreamland does not have washrooms located directly within our store, we are conveniently situated in the center of the Mayfair Shopping Centre. Customers can access public washrooms nearby. Washroom facilities are available in the food court area as well as beside Indigo Books!

As of July 2025, Dreamland does not provide day care services. For safety and security reasons, all children must be accompanied by a responsible adult while inside the play area. Children are not permitted to be left unattended at any time. This policy ensures a safe and enjoyable environment for all visitors.
